What you will do

• Own the end-to-end strategy and commercial performance of core fuel products.
• Define and execute product roadmaps to drive revenue growth and margin improvement.
• Lead market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Collaborate with commercial, pricing, and network teams to optimize pricing models.
• Influence cross-functional teams including technology, operations, sales, and marketing.
• Use customer insights and behavioral data to inform decision-making and product optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience owning or influencing P&L, pricing, or revenue-driving products.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex products.
• Experience within fleet, fuel cards, mobility, or payments industries is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical capability and experience working in agile environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
