TL;DR
Solution Consultant (Conversational AI): Own the technical side of the sales process across LATAM for an enterprise conversational AI platform with an accent on pre-sales solution design, product demonstrations, and customer advisory. Focus on translating complex voice AI capabilities into tailored business solutions, designing custom customer journeys, and collaborating with sales, product, and delivery teams.
Location: Based in Brazil, covering the full LATAM region (Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica). Willingness to travel within Latin America and Iberia as needed.

What you will do
- Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, lead discovery workshops, and design tailored solution architectures.
- Deliver scenario-based product demonstrations and respond to RFPs with precision.
- Serve as technical advisor, mapping use cases to Customer Journeys and proposing custom solutions.
- Bridge technical concepts and business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product, Delivery, and Marketing to refine roadmap and support customer handoffs.
- Lead onboarding and enablement of channel partners across LATAM.
Requirements
- Native Portuguese fluency; advanced Spanish and English — written and verbal.
- 3+ years in Technical Sales, Pre-Sales, or Solutions Consulting.
- Strong knowledge of voice IVR, conversational AI, or related technologies.
- Solid understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, and enterprise technology stacks.
- Exceptional client-facing skills: discovery, presentation, solution storytelling.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to think on feet under pressure.
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS Connect, Genesys Cloud, NICE CXone, Five9, or RingCentral.
- Knowledge of networking (MPLS/VPN) and telephony (SIP) protocols.
- Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft, or enterprise integrations.
- Experience in LATAM enterprise sales cycles.
- Domain expertise in Financial Services, Telecommunications, BPO, Healthcare, or Technical Support.
