Strategic Program Manager (Oracle Fusion HCM)

TL;DR

Strategic Program Manager (Oracle Fusion HCM): Leading the dedicated Oracle Fusion HCM implementation within a larger ERP transformation program with an accent on end-to-end management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on anticipating roadblocks, ensuring on-time on-budget delivery, managing interdependencies, and providing mentorship to other managers.

Location: Hybrid or remote, must live within approximately 70-mile radius of office locations in Allen, TX; Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO. Ineligible for immigration sponsorship (H-1B, STEM OPT, etc.). Up to 10% travel. May require onsite interview or onboarding.

Salary: $107,700–$150,000 (based on location and experience)

What you will do

• Provide dedicated leadership for Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and supporting workstreams.
• Manage program from initiation to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution while mitigating risks.
• Partner with Senior IT, Line of Business leaders, Executive Sponsors, and CPMO for unified value delivery.
• Organize cross-functional activities, track inter-project dependencies, and ensure completion.
• Mentor and coach other program and project managers.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years in program or project management.
• PMP or equivalent Agile certification.
• Direct experience implementing Oracle Fusion HCM and/or ERP.
• Experience in Agile, Predictive (Waterfall), or Hybrid environments.
• Proven expertise leading full-lifecycle enterprise transformations.
• Strong communication for technical sessions and executive presentations.
• Ability to identify risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies; develop KPIs and mitigation plans.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• PgMP certification.
• Advanced Agile certifications (SAFe RTE, SPC, SSM, PMI-ACP, CSM).
• Experience with MS Project, Changepoint, Planview, Azure DevOps, Jira.
• Technical domain skills and stakeholder partnership building.
