Location: Must be resident of WA, CA, VA, NC, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, or SC. Hybrid (Tuesdays & Wednesdays at HQ in Tukwila, WA if within reasonable driving distance); remote otherwise.
Salary: $156,200–$190,800

What you will do
- Lead large-scale enterprise programs across multiple teams and business units, aligning with organizational priorities.
- Oversee program delivery from initiation to closure, coordinating planning, execution, and operational readiness.
- Balance enterprise governance with Agile practices to enable efficient team delivery.
- Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, Architecture, Risk, Compliance, and business stakeholders.
- Manage communication, risks, dependencies, budgets, resources, and escalation for enterprise initiatives.
- Ensure audit readiness, release planning, and continuous improvement of delivery practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science (or equivalent)
- Minimum 10 years managing enterprise programs/projects, including Technology initiatives
- Experience leading teams in Agile and Waterfall environments with performance feedback and execution.
- Proficiency with industry-standard project management software tools.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree.
- Professional certifications (PMP, CSM, Agile Certified Practitioner).
- Active involvement in professional organizations for change management or program management.
