What you will do

• Lead multiple concurrent IT programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and budget constraints.
• Manage technology projects from initiation through implementation using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models.
• Coordinate resources across staff, equipment, vendors, and consultants.
• Facilitate program steering committees and governance to ensure transparency and efficient decision-making.
• Hire, coach, and mentor full-time and contract project managers.
• Collaborate with the EPMO to ensure alignment and improve IT PMO practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing complex IT programs or portfolios.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Must be based in or able to work in Columbus, OH (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience in healthcare IT environments (e.g., EHR implementations, cloud migrations).
• Proficiency with Smartsheets, Jira, and ServiceNow.
