What you will do
- Own outbound prospecting and inbound lead responses in assigned LATAM territory.
- Generate qualified leads via cold calling, emailing, and social media interactions.
- Qualify opportunities using MEDDPPIC framework and schedule discovery calls/demos for Account Executives.
- Manage personal book of accounts, CRM activities in Salesforce, and pipeline attribution.
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing on inbound MQLs and provide feedback for process improvements.
- Support platform demos and assist with customer issues until transition to Services team.
Requirements
- 0-2 years in SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role.
- Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (fluent).
- Salesforce proficiency and familiarity with sales engagement platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
