What you will do

  • Partner with the LATAM sales team to generate qualified meetings and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Profile target accounts to define and implement effective expansion strategies.
  • Conduct outreach to new trials and users within the LATAM customer base to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute regional campaigns and events.
  • Master the art of discovery to identify customer challenges and inspire new hirify.global use cases.
  • Ensure high CRM data accuracy to support future growth strategies and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a university.
  • Proficiency or fluency in Spanish.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Experience working in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with potential clients.
