What you will do

  • Respond to clients via livechat to understand and service their needs.
  • Analyze customer data to make recommendations and resolve problems.
  • Clarify issues, determine causes, select and explain solutions, and follow up for resolution.
  • Build rapport, diffuse conflicts, and foster long-term relationships for repeat business.
  • Contribute to team efforts and meet quality standards in customer adjustments.

Requirements

  • Proficiency speaking and writing in Vietnamese and English
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to identify and present problem solutions verbally and in writing
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and punctuality
  • Own laptop (Windows 8GB RAM min or Mac 2015+ model) and stable internet
