What you will do

  • Manage customer interactions across phone, email, and live chat with empathy and professionalism.
  • Assist electricians with product inquiries and order navigation.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with a personal touch.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift resolution of customer concerns.
  • Maintain accurate interaction and transaction records using the CRM system.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by delivering "WOW" service in every interaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or customer experience.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive personality.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Commitment to learning technical and product knowledge.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software.
