What you will do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for creators and partner agencies.
  • Translate complex policies into clear, human, and empathetic answers.
  • Work to shorten time-to-resolution and increase overall user satisfaction.
  • Own the first response and provide complete context before escalating issues.
  • Strengthen the communication loop between Support, QA, and Compliance teams.

Requirements

  • English: B2 level proficiency required
  • Spanish: B1+ level proficiency required
  • Ability to maintain transparent and empathetic communication with users.
  • Skill in translating internal policies into user-friendly communication.
