What you will do

  • Handle and prioritize customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels, documenting in Jira and support systems.
  • Provide clear responses, investigate issues, guide solutions, and escalate complex cases while keeping customers informed.
  • Support onboarding and basic product guidance for new customers.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify recurring issues and improve products and processes.
  • Contribute to meeting customer satisfaction and SLA targets across markets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in customer service, support, or client-facing roles
  • Professional fluency in Swedish and English, plus one of: Norwegian, Danish, Finnish (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical topics simply.
  • Structured approach to manage multiple priorities.
  • Problem-solving mindset and calm under pressure.
  • Comfortable with support systems, CRM, and digital platforms.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting public sector customers.
  • Basic knowledge of procurement processes.
  • Previous work in a SaaS environment.
