What you will do
- Provide personalized and accurate responses to customer inquiries primarily via email.
- Maintain high satisfaction ratings and ensure speedy resolution of user issues.
- Master the platform to provide expert-level solutions.
- Identify, investigate, and escalate technical bugs to the Tier 2 support team.
- Gather and share user feedback to drive product improvements.
- Collaborate in person with the team to ensure smooth communication.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- High level of organization and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Must be based in Prague for daily on-site work.
Nice to have
- Experience with Zendesk or similar support tools.
- Previous background working with SaaS platforms.
- Prior experience in customer support or customer care.
