Senior Strategic Program Manager

Location: Hybrid - candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of offices in Allen, TX; Birmingham, AL; Cedar Falls, IA; Charlotte, NC; Lenexa, KS; Louisville, KY; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO. May require onsite interview or in-person onboarding.

Salary: $88,650–$130,000 (based on location and experience).

What you will do

• Manage development and implementation of new or upgraded products and corporate processes for banking foundational cores.
• Handle operational readiness and client testing to prepare products for market.
• Monitor projects from initiation through delivery, including planning schedules and budgets.
• Organize cross-functional activities to ensure on-schedule and on-budget completion.
• Provide mentoring and support to other project managers.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of project management or financial institution experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Project or other scheduling tools.
• Demonstrated excellent project management skills.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience resolving complex issues on diverse projects.
• Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
• Knowledge of software development/IT practices.
