What you will do

• Investigate and model business functions, processes, information flows, and data structures.
• Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements to create high-quality specifications.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to present findings and actions.
• Define user acceptance tests (UAT) for new or improved business processes and IT systems.
• Perform gap, impact, and risk analysis to ensure detailed solution design.
• Identify system and process improvements to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a professional setting.
• Possession of, or substantial progress towards, a recognized BA professional qualification.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Proficiency in Lean / Six Sigma methodologies.
• Must be based in the UK and able to work from the Manchester office at least 60% of the time.
