TL;DR
Senior Account Executive ( Ads): Develop and execute go-to-market sales strategy for retail media solutions with an accent on new customer acquisition within EMEA retailer and marketplace operators. Focus on managing full end-to-end sales cycles, building senior-level relationships, and owning multi-stage pipeline progression.
Location: Hybrid in London, UK or Munich, Germany (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)

What you will do
- Develop and execute sales strategy for Ads across EMEA territory, owning quota through new customer acquisition.
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure, including discovery, technical validation, and negotiation.
- Build expertise in retail media monetization and act as advisor on sponsored products, advertiser ROI, and competitive differentiators.
- Navigate retailer organizations to build senior relationships with CDOs, eCommerce heads, CMOs, and technical/legal stakeholders.
- Own and grow sales pipeline, partnering with Solutions Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Legal teams.
Requirements
- English: C2 level required
- Proven sales track record in Ad-tech, retail media, or SaaS with quota over-achievement
- Deep understanding of marketplace/advertising ecosystem (DSPs, ad servers, APIs, data-driven solutions)
- Experience prioritizing pipeline, accelerating sales cycles, ROI demonstration, and solution-selling
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and multi-stakeholder relationship skills
Nice to have
- German, French, or Dutch language skills
- Retail media expertise
