What you will do
- Manage annual new business growth and retention targets within a predefined Financial Services territory.
- Develop strategic relationships with existing accounts and identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to PoC success criteria and deal closure.
- Collaborate with Marketing and BDR teams to execute sales campaigns and attend industry events.
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Professional Services, and Legal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Act as the "Voice of the Customer" by providing product feedback to the Product Management team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience selling complex software into the capital markets space.
- Deep knowledge of monitoring/observability technology and financial trading infrastructure (OMS, market data feeds, risk systems).
- Proven track record in both hunting for new business and farming existing accounts.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience delivering product demonstrations and presentations to technical and business executives.
- Ability to travel occasionally across the EMEA region.
