What you will do

• Drive revenue across agency patches for existing clients and new prospects.
• Maintain and expand relationships with key decision-makers within German media agencies.
• Provide strategic consulting and media recommendations tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal expertise teams (Insights, Creative Studio, Account Management) to meet client requirements.
• Ensure high client satisfaction to generate renewals and increase incremental revenue.
• Responsible for hitting and outperforming quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in selling media to media agencies.
• Strong network within the German media agency landscape (preferably Publicis).
• Proven ability to close larger deals.
• Deep understanding of the online Media/Advertising ecosystem.
• Strong analytical, solution-driven, and self-driven mindset.
• CV must be submitted in English.
