Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany (minimum of 2 days per week in office)

What you will do
- Act as direct leader and mentor for front-line BDR team, fostering growth and purpose.
- Conduct call-shadowing and reviews to improve team communication of 's value.
- Manage team of 5–8 BDRs, guide professional development, and ensure milestone achievement.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and partnerships with marketing and sales.
- Deepen understanding of UK B2B ecosystem to position wellbeing as business-critical for CHROs and CFOs.
- Develop personalized outbound clusters, manage speed-to-lead, and maximize ROI from sales tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Sales, with 1–2 years as Lead BDR or Front-line Manager
- Proven experience managing SDR/BDR teams for Challenger Brands or non-commodity solutions.
- Ability to coach reps on creating urgency, pivoting from features to business impact, and positioning as mission-critical.
- Familiarity with HR space and CHRO language.
- Analytical skills to identify leaks in conversion funnels.
