What you will do

• Execute the Salesforce roadmap, translating priorities into sprint-level delivery across Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of developers, administrators, release engineers, and architects.
• Own the health of the CI/CD pipeline, monitoring code coverage and driving continuous improvement.
• Align with Enterprise Architect and Identity teams on integrations involving MuleSoft, ServiceNow, and identity federation.
• Establish and enforce security, performance, and regulatory standards for financial services.
• Manage annual Salesforce platform releases, conducting impact assessments and team preparation.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of technical leadership experience in software engineering.
• 3+ years of experience configuring/developing Salesforce Service Cloud and 2+ years with Experience Cloud.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CI/CD pipelines (Copado and Git experience strongly preferred).
• At least one active Salesforce certification.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding California).
• Not eligible for immigration sponsorship (H-1B, PERM, etc.).
• Willingness to travel 10–20% for planning and leadership meetings.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related engineering field.
• Highly technical Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Architect track).
• Experience with AgentForce or AI-driven automation within Salesforce.
• Familiarity with integration patterns involving MuleSoft or Identity platforms (Okta, ADFS).
• Experience in complex, regulated financial services environments.
