What you will do

• Maintain and update field collector reports, pin locations, and client records for accuracy.
• Prepare, file, and track demand letters, notices, and collection documents.
• Coordinate between field collectors, supervisors, and operations for timely support.
• Validate pin coordinates, monitor error rates, and ensure data quality.
• Compile weekly and monthly reports on field activity, productivity, and errors.
• Assist in scheduling, routing field collectors, and managing partner printing shops.
• Support compliance, investigations, audits, and ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of administrative or back-office experience, preferably in collections, banking, or fintech.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database management.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze reports, identify errors, and recommend corrections.
• High integrity and professionalism handling sensitive information; flexible in fast-paced environment.
