What you will do

• Document sales processes and best practices through internal team insights.
• Review, update, and maintain internal handbooks and technical manuals in Confluence.
• Analyze and optimize sales and support workflows to increase efficiency.
• Develop and release online training materials and internal training programs.
• Support ad hoc operational requests from Sales, Success, and Support teams.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English (written and verbal).
• Available for 32-40 hours per week for 4-6 months starting September 2026.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce.
• Experience in mapping and optimizing business processes.
