What you will do

• Identify, acquire, and onboard new partners while expanding relationships with existing ones
• Serve as primary contact for partners, addressing needs and resolving issues to support their objectives
• Ensure partner compliance with business, regulatory, and brand guidelines
• Collaborate with internal teams on market development strategies to drive engagement and growth
• Represent the company at industry events, expos, and seminars with occasional travel
• Provide strategic insights to retain partners and help them achieve success, meeting KPIs

Requirements

• At least 2 years in Partnership Management or Business Development in financial services
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven sales and business development track record in competitive markets
• In-depth knowledge of financial services regulations
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure, global environment with multiple languages and cultures
• Fluency in English and Spanish required
