TL;DR
Lead Presales Solutions (Fintech): Shaping the positioning and delivery of Calypso solutions across post-trade and back-office workflows with an accent on tailored solution narratives. Focus on translating complex client needs into compelling technical demonstrations and acting as a subject matter expert for Latin American capital markets.
Location: Mexico City (Hybrid, at least 3 days a week in-office)

What you will do
- Deliver solution presentations, functional walkthroughs, and demonstrations aligned with client business requirements.
- Translate client needs from discovery sessions, RFPs, and RFIs into clear solution positioning using Calypso.
- Act as a domain expert across capital markets and investment operations, including post-trade processing and accounting.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Sales to communicate market feedback and identify product gaps.
- Produce presales documentation, value propositions, and structured handover materials for post-sale transitions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 7+ years of relevant industry experience in capital markets, investment management, or financial technology.
- Strong functional knowledge of post-trade and back-office workflows within Latin American markets.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Must be based in Mexico City to support the hybrid work requirement.
Nice to have
- Experience with Calypso or similar capital markets platforms.
- Knowledge of various asset classes (interest rates, fixed income, FX, credit, equity derivatives, commodities).
- Understanding of current competitive FinTech landscapes and market trends.
