Focus on translating complex client needs into compelling technical demonstrations and acting as a subject matter expert for Latin American capital markets.

Location: Mexico City (Hybrid, at least 3 days a week in-office)

What you will do

• Deliver solution presentations, functional walkthroughs, and demonstrations aligned with client business requirements.
• Translate client needs from discovery sessions, RFPs, and RFIs into clear solution positioning using hirify.global Calypso.
• Act as a domain expert across capital markets and investment operations, including post-trade processing and accounting.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Sales to communicate market feedback and identify product gaps.
• Produce presales documentation, value propositions, and structured handover materials for post-sale transitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of relevant industry experience in capital markets, investment management, or financial technology.
• Strong functional knowledge of post-trade and back-office workflows within Latin American markets.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Must be based in Mexico City to support the hybrid work requirement.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global Calypso or similar capital markets platforms.
• Knowledge of various asset classes (interest rates, fixed income, FX, credit, equity derivatives, commodities).
• Understanding of current competitive FinTech landscapes and market trends.
