What you will do
- Expand the partner network by identifying key influencers and decision-makers, engaging them relentlessly via video, in-person meetings, calls, email, and social selling.
- Develop creative ways to connect with potential partners and ensure successful launches with smooth handovers.
- Sell quickly in high volume to penetrate the partnerships market and drive expansion.
- Crush quarterly sales quotas while thriving on change, staying organized, and competing individually as a team player.
- Build relationships with other teams to improve product and market knowledge, prioritizing collective success.

Requirements
- Speak fluently and confidently Portuguese and Spanish; medium English a plus.
- Strong commercial expertise with experience in startups, high-velocity sales, or fitness industry preferred.
- Outgoing conversationalist with strong active listening and communication skills.
- Ambitious, metrics-driven self-starter excited by hard conversations, optimistic, and rejection-proof.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, highly coachable, disciplined, self-organized, and perpetually curious.
