What you will do

• Manage day-to-day relationships with strategic partners in the payments and e-commerce sectors.
• Monitor and optimize partner performance to assess and improve ROI.
• Act as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams to translate needs into actionable items.
• Align with key accounts to ensure successful technical integrations and manage the joint pipeline of opportunities.
• Lead the roadmap for monetized tech integrations to drive product improvements.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and implement strategies to maximize profitability.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in partnership or account management with a track record of driving growth.
• Strong knowledge of the e-commerce and payments industry, particularly within the LATAM region.
• English: Advanced business proficiency (C1) required.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Location: Must be based in Mexico City for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Experience managing projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
