What you will do

• Proactively identify, attract, and onboard new partners while retaining and expanding existing ones
• Build and manage a portfolio of mid- to high-level company partners
• Serve as primary point of contact, addressing needs, resolving issues, and supporting business objectives
• Develop market strategies, collaborate on marketing, loyalty campaigns, and events
• Represent the company at industry events, expos, and seminars with occasional travel
• Drive partner trading volume in USD and exceed management KPIs

Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Sales, Partnerships, or Business Development within financial services for Egypt
• Proven results in international markets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for diverse clients (retail and institutional)
• Demonstrated leadership and holistic business development vision
• High integrity, professionalism, and team collaboration
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced, global, multilingual environment
