What you will do

• Develop and implement partner retention strategies to enhance loyalty and maximize lifetime value.
• Act as the main contact for Partners, fostering strong relationships through personalized support.
• Monitor partner satisfaction, gather feedback, and tailor initiatives for improved experiences.
• Analyze partner behavior to identify upselling opportunities and customize products and services.
• Communicate company products, marketing promotions, and platform improvement ideas to relevant teams.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in partner retention.

Requirements

• Degree in a business-related field.
• Client handling experience in the financial services sector will be considered an advantage.
• Fluent Kazakh speaker with excellent oral and written English skills (C1).
• Reliable, with integrity of character, and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dynamic, innovative, target-oriented, and strong computer literacy.
• Valid work permit required.
