Business Development Executive (Fintech)

Location: Remote; extensive travel across North African countries required

What you will do

• Research markets, emerging trends, new opportunities, and the competitive landscape.
• Coordinate business development activities across the region and execute market-entry, sales, and partnership initiatives.
• Travel extensively across North African markets to lead events.
• Build and maintain affiliate and partner relationships remotely and in person.
• Support and train staff at hirify.global offices and collaborate with internal teams on business strategy execution.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements with affiliates and partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development and sales.
• Willingness to travel extensively across North African countries.
• Sales-driven, independent, proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach with the ability to meet targets.
• Familiarity with online trading or financial markets.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
