What you will do

  • Define and execute data-driven marketing strategy aligned to business growth, including OKRs and performance metrics.
  • Build, lead, and mentor high-performing marketing team while acting as hands-on contributor.
  • Own demand generation across digital, content, events, paid media, partnerships, and lifecycle marketing to generate qualified pipeline.
  • Design and lead ABM strategy for enterprise and mid-market accounts, collaborating with Sales on personalization and orchestration.
  • Manage product marketing including positioning, messaging, GTM for launches, and sales enablement assets.
  • Strengthen brand presence and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints, representing marketing in leadership discussions.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United Kingdom and eligible to work there.
  • 10+ years progressive marketing experience with senior leadership responsibility.
  • Proven success leading demand generation, ABM, and product marketing in B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of modern marketing tech stacks (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, intent data, ABM platforms).
  • Demonstrated strategic and hands-on ability in fast-growth organizations, with analytical mindset tying marketing to revenue.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, especially partnering with Sales and Product.

Nice to have

  • Experience in PE-backed, high-growth, or transformation-stage companies.
  • International or multi-region go-to-market experience.
  • Background in category creation or repositioning.
  • Experience building marketing teams from early or mid-stage scale.
