Focus on building high-quality sales-qualified lead pipeline, optimizing channels for 2x+ growth, and establishing leadership in imaging solutions for enterprises.
Location: Work flexibly from Germany, UK, Italy, France, Ireland, Portugal or Spain, with monthly Paris office visits (fully reimbursed) and New York office visits (every 2-3 months).

What you will do
- Lead product marketing and sales enablement by building ICPs, positioning, customer pages, and sales assets.
- Develop and execute account-based marketing and events strategy for top accounts in collaboration with sales.
- Drive demand generation through content and paid marketing channels.
- Build product-led growth initiatives and sales assist experiences for leads testing the product.
- Partner with Revenue Operations on scoring models, funnel reporting, and measurement.
- Hire, coach, and lead a lean GTM squad focused on enterprise growth.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years in B2B growth/marketing.
- Proven cross-functional leadership aligning sales, RevOps, product, and leadership on goals and pipeline.
- Data-driven expertise owning KPIs, optimizing channels, and tying marketing to revenue outcomes.
- Experience building/scaling enterprise marketing with sales-qualified pipeline and multiple channels for 2x+ growth.
- Led demand generation scaling from <$5M to $30M+ ARR with track record of 2x+ ARR growth in enterprise/SaaS.
- Experience in product-led sales and sales-led motions, building B2B demand engines.

- Partnered with Product on PLG loops.
- Worked in retail or e-commerce marketing.
- Experience in B2B within B2C organization.
- Contributed to pricing strategies.
- 2+ year tenures in relevant roles.
