TL;DR

Team Lead, Field Marketing Northern Europe (SaaS): Build and execute demand generation plans and multi-channel marketing programs across UK & Ireland, Benelux, and Nordics with an accent on aligning with global strategy while tailoring to local market nuances. Focus on partnering with sales and channels, owning regional budget, tracking performance metrics, and driving pipeline through ABM, events, and digital campaigns.

Hybrid work model based in London (office in Cannon Street required for onboarding and team connections), covering Northern Europe (UK & Ireland, Benelux, Nordics). Deep knowledge of these markets required.

What you will do

  • Define and execute demand generation plans tailored to local markets, orchestrating ABM, events, digital, and partner-led campaigns across the full funnel.
  • Partner closely with regional sales leaders, BDRs, and AEs to drive lead conversion and pipeline growth.
  • Own the regional marketing budget, forecast, track, and report on performance metrics.
  • Develop account-based strategies integrating partners and customer engagement for target accounts.
  • Optimize regional digital assets for compliance (GDPR) and support customer advocacy programs.
  • Mentor junior marketers and interns as the team grows.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B marketing, ideally high-growth tech/SaaS
  • Proven track record delivering measurable pipeline with sales teams
  • Deep knowledge of UK, Ireland, Benelux, and Nordics markets
  • Experience with MSPs, resellers, and channel ecosystems
  • Fluent in ABM, funnel metrics, lead scoring, intent data, Marketo, Salesforce
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle ambiguity and tight deadlines
