TL;DR

Customer Relationship Manager (Fintech): Managing business relationships with banking customers using hirify.global's core solutions (Silverlake, CIF 20/20, Core Director) with an accent on resolving complex issues, issue escalation, and facilitating cross-departmental communication. Focus on building strategic partnerships, conducting onsite visits, and supporting customers during release cycles.

Location: Hybrid - must live within approximately 70-mile radius of offices in Allen TX, Birmingham AL, Cedar Falls IA, Charlotte NC, Lenexa KS, Louisville KY, Springfield MO, or Monett MO. Travel 25% required. Ineligible for immigration sponsorship (H-1B, PERM). May require onsite interview or onboarding.

Salary: $90,000-130,000 (based on location and experience)

What you will do

  • Build and maintain relationships with customer staff and management to understand business, tactical, and strategic needs.
  • Conduct regular conference calls and onsite visits, research issues, and report findings to management.
  • Manage issue escalation and resolution for customers, including during releases and updates.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate communication and support.

Requirements

  • 10 years of back-office banking operations or customer relationship experience in banking/financial industry.
  • Experience communicating with executive leadership in financial institutions or FinTech.
  • Must be able to travel 25% to client sites.
