What you will do

• Coordinate 2D and Localization teams to prepare monetization content and in-game activities.
• Maintain in-game systems including the Store, Notifications, and Missions using operation tools.
• Perform short-term planning for special events, sales, promotions, and discounts.
• Conduct basic analytics after the conclusion of events and sales.

Requirements

• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or above.
• Location: Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia.
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members.
• Passion for games.

Nice to have

• Understanding of the online gaming industry, trends, and monetization models.
• Experience working in LiveOps within game development.
• Knowledge of mobile platform logic regarding item creation and pricing.
• Experience using admin panels to configure merchandise stores.
• Understanding of basic UX/UI or artistic composition principles.
• Experience with text proofreading, editing, or copywriting.
