What you will do

• Own product areas across the learner lifecycle, defining strategy and measuring success.
• Conduct constant learner interviews to translate insights into product decisions.
• Identify and implement high-value AI-powered features that avoid surface-level integrations.
• Run experiments and use qualitative and quantitative data to drive product growth.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to ensure clarity and speed of execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2C product management, specifically focusing on engagement or retention.
• Proven track record of shipping a product or feature using AI tools in the last 3–6 months.
• Ability to have deep technical discussions with engineers regarding systems, APIs, and trade-offs.
• Must be based in Europe to ensure core overlap with the US team (approx. 6am–2pm ET).
• Strong builder mentality with a bias toward simplicity and speed over process.
