Senior Growth Product Manager (B2C): Driving top-of-funnel growth by optimizing web funnels to increase user registration and payment with an accent on rapid experimentation and data-driven iteration. Location: Remote. Must be located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET.

What you will do
- Launch and iterate on product experiments daily or weekly across the web funnel.
- Own and manage the experimentation backlog, including prioritization, planning, and execution.
- Write clear PRDs and experiment briefs for fast developer execution.
- Generate experiment ideas using UX research, funnel analysis, and data insights via Mixpanel and Claude.
- Manage the full experiment lifecycle from initial idea through build, release, and measurement.
- Oversee the release flow across development, staging, and production environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of combined experience in product management and growth, with 3+ years in growth/product optimization roles.
- Proven track record of optimizing B2C web funnels, directly impacting CR, LTV, and CPA.
- Experience in high-velocity growth environments with daily or weekly experiment launches.
- Hands-on expertise running end-to-end A/B tests and proficiency with Mixpanel (funnels, cohorts, event-based analysis).
- Ability to write precise, developer-ready PRDs and experiment specs.
- Must be located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET.
