What you will do

• Contribute to the product roadmap for Network Observability, including LiveNX and Network Synthetics
• Define and deliver features for Network Synthetics
• Translate requirements into user stories and maintain prioritized backlog
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customers to deliver features
• Incorporate AI-driven insights into observability workflows like event correlation and root cause analysis
• Engage customers for feedback, validate use cases, and support demos and evaluations
• Develop training materials and support product launches
• Track product metrics and contribute to analysis

Requirements

• 1–3 years in product management, product analytics, or technical role like network engineering or sales engineering
• Hands-on experience with networking technologies such as routing, wireless, NetFlow
• Strong customer orientation and experience gathering feedback
• Interest in observability, AI/ML, or data-driven products
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
