What you will do

• Drive a 15% quarterly ARPU increase by enhancing product value and retention across subscription tiers.
• Build and optimize retention and engagement loops to extend subscription lifetime.
• Analyze user behavior and session patterns using Mixpanel to identify and eliminate friction points.
• Use AI tools, including Claude, to independently generate functional prototypes and product concepts.
• Own the product backlog, prioritize experiments, and lead end-to-end A/B and multivariate tests.
• Manage the full development cycle from hypothesis and design to QA and scaling.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management with proven results in ARPU, retention, or engagement growth.
• Hands-on proficiency with Mixpanel, including building boards, funnels, and cohort reports.
• Fluent Russian and/or Ukrainian.
• Located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET.
• Active fluency in AI tools (e.g., Claude) for daily prototyping, analysis, and problem-solving.
• Deep understanding of user lifecycles, retention psychology, and value-based growth in subscription models.
