Responsibilities:

🌸Develop and execute the product strategy in alignment with overall company goals and objectives. Growth management experience
🌸Conduct research to identify opportunities, trends, and customer needs.
🌸Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive product development from concept to launch.
🌸Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market analysis, and business priorities.
🌸Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns throughout the product lifecycle.
🌸Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and identify areas for improvement.
🌸Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions.

Requirements:

💦3+ years of experience in Product Management.
💦Strong analytical skills: funnel analysis, cohort analysis, LTV.
💦Experience running A/B tests and making data-driven decisions.
💦Understanding of regulatory requirements.
💦Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and make decisions amid conflicting interests.
💦English - B2 or higher.
