What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed, logic-driven, resource-loaded project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6.
• Support baseline development, status updates, forecasting, and critical path analysis.
• Apply project controls best practices for scope, schedule, cost, change control, and performance measurement.
• Assist with change control processes, schedule impacts, and baseline change documentation.
• Support EVMS activities compliant with DOE Order 413.3B and EIA-748.
• Develop custom reports, metrics, and interface with stakeholders in classified environments.
• Contribute to risk management, including schedule risk analysis and mitigation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or related field and minimum 5 years relevant experience (or equivalent).
• Experience managing project schedules in a classified environment.
• Basic understanding of project controls best practices (scope, time, cost, change management).
• Basic understanding of DOE Order 413.3B and EIA-748 compliant EVMS.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera P6, change control, and custom reporting.
• Active DOE Q Clearance (required).
• U.S. citizenship required due to government contract.

Nice to have

• 5+ years project controls on DOE or DoD projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience with risk management tools and simulation software.
• 5+ years in EIA-748 compliant EVMS environment.
• Experience training on project management tools or CAM training.
