What you will do

• Plan and oversee all phases of a software development project of significant size and complexity.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor project performance, risks, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Ensure full compliance with contractual requirements and organizational standards.
• Communicate project status to both government and contractor stakeholders.
• Support program reviews, reporting, and documentation requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience for software development projects of similar scope.
• Current TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance required Day 1.
• Demonstrated experience managing technical teams and coordinating across stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite at the customer location in Sterling, VA.

Nice to have

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Background in software development, including design, implementation, testing, and debugging.
• Experience supporting government or defense-related programs.
