TL;DR

Location: Leadership Remote (United States)

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 annually

What you will do

  • Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and support scaling global teams across US, EMEA, APAC.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations consistently across regions.
  • Oversee performance management, employee engagement, retention initiatives, career development, and succession planning.
  • Support talent acquisition, hiring strategies, candidate experience, and onboarding for technical and consulting roles.
  • Ensure compliance with US, federal, state, and international labor laws; maintain HR policies and partner with legal advisors.
  • Manage compensation planning, benefits programs, pay equity, HRIS (Rippling), metrics tracking, and global mobility policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in IT services or consulting
  • Experience supporting global or multi-region teams (EMEA/APAC preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of US employment law; exposure to international HR practices
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leadership
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on execution, strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and global mindset

Nice to have

  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR)
  • Experience in high-growth or private equity-backed environments
  • Familiarity with global payroll and compliance vendors
