What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end employee relations (ER) cases for the US, including investigations, workplace conflicts, and terminations.
  • Coach and advise managers on performance management and employee issues to increase their management capabilities.
  • Translate company-wide engagement and culture initiatives into business-level execution.
  • Support the implementation of core HR programs, including compensation processes and performance management cycles.
  • Monitor attrition trends and workforce dynamics to provide actionable insights to leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in HR, People Partner, or HR Business Partner roles.
  • Strong expertise in managing US-based employee relations cases and workplace investigations.
  • Working knowledge of US employment laws, compliance practices, and risk mitigation.
  • Proven ability to advise managers on sensitive people matters with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Experience working in a technology company or supporting technical client groups.
  • Must be based in Colombia.
