Location: Hybrid in St. Paul, Minnesota, USA

Salary: $115,000–$140,000

What you will do

  • Lead global performance and merit processes, including annual planning and cycle enhancements.
  • Manage succession planning and talent review processes to ensure leadership pipeline visibility.
  • Govern global career track frameworks to facilitate internal mobility and transparency.
  • Develop and align job architecture, including job families and career levels.
  • Own Employee Voice and engagement programs to provide actionable organizational insights.
  • Design and evaluate scalable global onboarding strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in talent management or organizational development within a global organization.
  • Proven track record of delivering performance management, succession planning, or career development programs.
  • Experience analyzing talent data and presenting insights to senior-level stakeholders.
  • Authorization to work in the USA without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Workday or similar HR technology platforms.
  • Experience facilitating talent discussions with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
  • Experience scaling previously partially implemented talent programs.
