Salary: $115,000–$140,000

What you will do
- Lead global performance and merit processes, including annual planning and cycle enhancements.
- Manage succession planning and talent review processes to ensure leadership pipeline visibility.
- Govern global career track frameworks to facilitate internal mobility and transparency.
- Develop and align job architecture, including job families and career levels.
- Own Employee Voice and engagement programs to provide actionable organizational insights.
- Design and evaluate scalable global onboarding strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in talent management or organizational development within a global organization.
- Proven track record of delivering performance management, succession planning, or career development programs.
- Experience analyzing talent data and presenting insights to senior-level stakeholders.
- Authorization to work in the USA without employer sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Workday or similar HR technology platforms.
- Experience facilitating talent discussions with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Experience scaling previously partially implemented talent programs.
