What you will do

• Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team on workforce planning, org design, and leadership development.
• Manage and develop the Recruiting and HR Operations teams, setting priorities and performance goals.
• Oversee HR business partnering across the US, LATAM, Japan, and EMEA to ensure locally-compliant practices.
• Design and execute programs to attract and retain top talent in technical and GTM functions.
• Manage compensation and benefits strategy, including goal-setting frameworks and career pathways.
• Partner with Finance and Legal on headcount planning and organizational initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in high-growth B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology companies.
• Experience scaling HR functions across US, LATAM, Japan, and EMEA markets.
• Deep knowledge of HR best practices in talent acquisition, L&D, total rewards, and employee relations.
• Familiarity with US employment law is required.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using HRIS platforms and workforce analytics tools.
