What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to develop actionable talent strategies and advise on employee relations and organizational changes.
• Lead the full talent management cycle, including succession planning, development plans, and organizational design.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to guide decision-making and monitor organizational trends.
• Lead HR initiatives, programs, and special projects while mentoring team members.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS and talent management systems.
• Knowledge of immigration processes and HR compliance.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-verify participant).

Nice to have

• HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.
