TL;DR
Principal, Strategic Partnerships (Healthcare): Building and leading strategic partnerships with System Integrators, Enterprise Technology, and Product/ISV segments with an accent on strategy definition, execution, negotiation, and relationship management. Location: Remote-eligible roles based anywhere in US or Canada. Toronto-area rs (within 65 km of HQ) collaborate in-office Monday through Thursday.
Salary: $175,000–$200,000 USD (US applicants) / $175,000–$200,000 CAD (Canada applicants), exclusive of bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do
- Define partnership strategy, KPIs, sales plans, and align cross-functional and external stakeholders, focusing on payers market.
- Educate partners and internal teams on value proposition, develop joint marketing (blogs, webinars, case studies), and align product roadmaps.
- Drive execution on revenue targets, manage dependencies, risks, and partnership health framework.
- Structure commercial models, negotiate contracts, and manage partnerships in alignment with agreements.
- Build and nurture relationships at all levels, coordinate governance (e.g., QBRs), and ensure responsive, trusting team dynamics.
- Comply with information security policies and report incidents.
Requirements
- 5+ years in partner/channel development, co-selling, or working with ISVs, Global System Integrators (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture), or Cloud Providers (e.g., Google, Microsoft, AWS)
- 5+ years partner management with revenue-generating KPIs
- Experience building partner evaluation frameworks, onboarding, and post-launch execution
- 7+ years in healthcare/digital health
- AI and agentic platform literacy; demonstrated use of AI tools responsibly
Nice to have
- Consulting, investment banking, corporate development, or MBA
- AI-native platform experience
- Entrepreneurial experience or building new partner revenue lines at hyper-growth org
- Strong understanding of payer market
