Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 /Yr

What you will do

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with contracted provider groups through face-to-face and virtual meetings.
• Track, monitor, and report on key program attribution, financial, utilization, clinical, and quality performance metrics.
• Create and document annual performance goals and strategic priorities for assigned groups.
• Develop and implement performance improvement plans to help groups overcome obstacles to success.
• Collaborate with internal Data Analytics, IT, Clinical, and Finance teams to develop strategic business solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and resolve provider concerns in a timely manner.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Practice Management.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Health Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in value-based care programs or long-stay facility operations is highly desirable.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
