What you will do
- Manage and grow relationships with regional accounts to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute account plans with a significant focus on client retention.
- Leverage internal and client-facing data to identify service delivery improvements and reinforce the value proposition.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and certification of information within CRM software.
- Build networks of influencers within client organizations to drive revenue at the user level.
- Identify and mitigate at-risk business to maintain account stability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience (5+ years preferred).
- Must be based in the United States.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, CRM software, and data visualization tools.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of working hours for client meetings and field work.
- Ability to obtain federal government clearance if working with government contract clients.
