Salary: $120,750 – $144,637 per year

What you will do
- Own revenue generation for mission-critical BAS, SCADA, and OT network integration scopes.
- Develop and execute account strategies for hyperscale and colocation data center clients.
- Lead the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and relationship development through contract negotiation and close.
- Coordinate with estimating and engineering teams to support RFP responses and pricing development.
- Track market trends and identify new service-line opportunities, including AI-driven alarming and CPO optimization.
- Maintain CRM activity and provide KPI reporting on bookings, pursuit volume, and conversion rates.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 8+ years of enterprise or construction technology sales experience.
- Proven success closing multi-million-dollar deals in critical infrastructure markets.
- Knowledge of BAS, PLC/DDC controls, SCADA platforms, and OT networks.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or construction management.
- Valid driver's license and REAL ID required for domestic travel (up to 25%).
Nice to have
- Engineering degree or technical background in engineering/construction.
- Data Center Certifications or other relevant credentials.
- Familiarity with Uptime Tier Standards and mission-critical delivery models.
