What you will do

• Install, repair, and maintain Trace and X-Ray detection equipment in the field.
• Provide customer training, document all service work, and submit reports timely.
• Manage parts ordering, inventory, and cycle time for repairs.
• Review logs, prepare customer reports, and recommend equipment improvements.
• Participate in service sales, site surveys, and pilot programs.
• Ensure tools are maintained and comply with safety and export regulations.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree, trade certification, or military training in electrical, electronic, or mechanical fields (or 1-3 years equivalent experience).
• 1-3 years experience in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical/electronic systems.
• Computer literacy including MS Office; aptitude for specialized software.
• Excellent communication, customer focus, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to travel at short notice, lift 80 lbs, and work in extreme environments.
• Willingness to pass federal background check and TSA vetting for SSI access.
